Coast to Coast Legal offers a fixed price fee of $2,200 including GST, plus disbursements, for Applications for Grant of Probate (provided there are no complications with the Application, such as the will being contested) in the Supreme Court of Queensland at Brisbane.
Major disbursements* that will also be payable are:
- Queensland Supreme Court Filing Fee: $637.40 (as at 1 July 2015);
- Notice of intent to apply for grant of probate in the Courier Mail: ~$520, subject to Courier Mail’s rates at time of publishing and total notice size; and,
- Notice of intent to apply for grant of probate in the Qld Law Reporter: $161.70
